Here’s something interesting I’ve noticed after working with so many women over 40:

Most women don’t struggle with self-love because they don't want it.

They struggle because they are trying to fix the wrong thing. They think they need to fix their confidence, their body, or their relationships.

But it’s not about fixing anything.

It's about magnetism. It's about remembering how to stop chasing and start attracting.

I’m curious — no pressure to explain anything long:

I know my worth.

So why do I keep accepting less?

Why do I still feel like I have to prove myself — in certain rooms, with certain people?

This is not a confidence problem, a kindness problem, or an other people problem.

This is a self love problem.

You are not stuck. You are just afraid to change.

And fear is not your enemy — comfort is.

Comfort kept you in the wrong job. The wrong relationship. The wrong version of yourself. Comfort told you “this is fine” when deep down you knew it wasn’t.

You didn’t get stuck overnight. You got there one small compromise at a time. One “maybe next year.” One “it’s too late now.” One “who am I to want more?”

But let me ask you something —

Who are you NOT to?

You have survived things that would have broken others. You have carried weight no one even knew about. You have kept going when every reason to stop was right in front of you.

That is not a woman who is stuck.

That is a woman who forgot how powerful she is.

So stop waiting for the right moment. Stop waiting to feel ready. Stop waiting for permission.

Change doesn’t need your comfort. It needs your courage.
