تأسست دائرة الشؤون الإسلامية في دبي بتاريخ العشرين من أكتوبر 1969 م بمرسوم أصدره المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى الشيخ راشد بن سعيد آل مكتوم بإنشاء دائرة للأوقاف, وقد أنيط بالدائرة المذكورة مهمة حصر وتسجيل جميع الأملاك الخاصة بالأوقاف واستلام ريعها وتنظيم صرفها طبقا لما تقرره الشريعة الإسلامية .

ثم بدأت الدائرة تتسع تدريجيا وتتضح معالم أهدافها واختصاصاتها بشكل محسوس , وذلك بد صدور القانون رقم (7) لسنة 1994 قانون الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية .

شراكةٌ تجمع الجهود الحكومية والخيرية… ليصل العطاء إلى مستحقيه ويصنع أثراً يدوم.

When giving is supported by effective governance, contributions are transformed into sustainable impact.

Under the supervision of IACAD, the “Beiti” Initiative continues to advance by directing contributions through trusted and regulated channels, supporting approved housing projects for eligible Emirati families and contributing to their stability and quality of life.

A partnership that brings together government and charitable efforts, ensuring that giving reaches those who need it and creates an impact that lasts.
