Responsibilities
-Assisting HR / Accounts department in day to day activities.
- Maintaining Reports.
-Provide general support to Office Staff
-Data entry & Filing, Updating portal.
-Updates and ensure completeness of company documents.
- Screening phone calls/emails and routing to the appropriate department
- Manage daily accounting transactions.
- Keeping receipts and other necessary documents for data entry and audits.
Education and Experience Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree and/or work equivalent
-Proficient in MS Office
-Good Communication
