The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre Fully equipped recreation and sports centre in Angle Park with gym, pools, stadium, group fitness, allied health, KidsClub and fully accessible changerooms.

Operated by YMCA South Australia The Parks Recreation and Sports Centre is a community recreation centre in Angle Park South Australia. Opened in December 2013 and managed by the YMCA.

From 1–21 September, we're getting behind AUSactive's Million Moves challenge, a national push to get more of us active. Right now, around 75% of Australians aren't moving enough to benefit their health. We want to help change that, one minute at a time.

Here's how it works: pledge to move for 15, 30 or 60 minutes a day for 21 days. Walk, swim, lift, stretch, dance, whatever gets you going. One minute of movement equals one move.

Movement is what we do every day, and this September we're inviting our community to pledge alongside us and help build the habit, together.
