Dear tribe, I am gong to have to postpone this week’s gathering unfortunately. I am preparing for an open house and it seems like I will need every second I can get! Stay tuned and connected. Our next gathering may look something like this if it all comes together. Sunset is at 7:30pm, so a 6:30pm start will bring us a full wind down as we sand scrub into the golden glow of the sunset.

In a galaxy not too far away in time is the next gathering of the circle. Wednesday the 20th of March (equinox- balance) the stars say “heart explosion” and “power on” so I will offer to those who want to an opportunity to do a bit of work, maybe around observing balance in their internal life and also in the external world, and I offer the theme of “awakening” as a species and as an individual. Once upon a time we gathered and connected regularly without thought, our worries and joys shared, known, lives witnessed and tears and laughter shared. Today we connect in a different way, but essentially we gather to do the same things- support each other to keep the world turning, whatever that means for each woman.
7 for 7:30pm Friday the 23rd of Feb, full moon approaching, bring a small plate to share if you can, chair or cushion, swimmers and towel.

A shout out to fellow woman in tribe Anna Houston who has worked so hard and successfully created the opportunity to explore breathwork with ice in one-to-one sessions at Nodoka Consulting in Wodonga. Also regular group ice sessions coming too. The benefits of both breath and ice are breath-taking! 😂♥️

I am sharing my word for the year ahead, something I would love to bring more into my life as I struggle with vulnerability and showing others my weak bits. I want to permission myself and the women surrounding me to connect with themselves/myself wholly and without shame or fear of rejection. So we are going to embrace ourselves and each other and bring light to dark places.
I will ask at the gathering that you bring your word to share in your introduction. Looking forward to next Friday at 6pm.

Wonderful womenkind of our region, feeling inspired and ready to connect with all of you next Friday the 23rd.:. Its coming up quickly so i have decided to keep It reallyy simple for put first circle- bring a chair and we will set up a circle around the fire pit and just introduce ourselves, followed by supper (bring a small plate to share) and please bring your swimmers if you feel you want to have a swim in the pool. Kicking off at 7pm for 7:30 start, I hope to see many of you there and remember to share this post and message me for the address ♥️
