Why complete a form? With your form Flux NSW:
1. Remains a registered party and continue to contest elections in the future.
2. Continues to fight for Digital Democracy and Real Representation in parliament.
3. Isn't deregistered by the electoral commission

1. You've never submitted a form before; or
2. You've moved address. A change of address renders your old form invalid

Flux NSW needs 50 more membership forms in the next week or will be deregistered.

For a Digital Democracy movement, the irony is not lost on us when asking NSW members to print and scan a paper form or use the currently strained postal system. 🐌

But we have breaking news! We are now permitted to accept electronically-signed Membership Declaration forms. We have converted the NSW Membership Declaration Form into a DocuSign e-signature form. You can use your smartphone or computer to complete the form in under a minute. 📑📲

It's that time of the year again!

The Flux Party NSW is up for re-registration with the NSW Electoral Commission (NSWEC) and we need more Declaration of Party Membership forms to satisfy the minimum requirement of 750 valid members.

If you remember that you've filled out one of these forms in the past then thank you. However, if you know that you've never filled out one of these Declaration of Party Membership forms before then we need one from you!

As a registered political party, the NSWEC requires a minimum of 750 valid members with signed declarations of membership forms. Currently we have 676 valid forms from our 2,340 members in NSW.

Basically, we just need you to fill out the form from the NSWEC in the link below so that they can confirm that you are in fact a member of the Flux party. You can either print it out and fill it in by hand, or you can just fill it out on your computer/phone if you have the ability to do that 🙂 Just make sure that you send it back to us when you're done. If you filled it out by hand you can just take a photo and email it back to us at [email protected]
