Thank You, St Michael’s & The Sisters of Mercy

We are incredibly grateful to St Michael’s and The Sisters of Mercy for their generous funding to support our Uplift Women’s Program.

Uplift is a peer support group for women who have experienced domestic or family abuse. It provides a safe, welcoming and supportive space where women can connect with others, share experiences, build connections and access helpful resources.

Funding like this helps us continue to create spaces where women feel heard, supported and empowered as they move forward in their lives.

If you are in immediate danger, please call 000, or call NSW Domestic Violence Line 1800656463

Thank you Masonicare and the Grand Lodge of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory for their generous $10,000 donation to the Hills Winter Sleep Out.

The funds were raised through the Grand Master Sleepout campaign, supporting organisations working with people experiencing homelessness across New South Wales.

This wonderful contribution will help us continue supporting vulnerable members of our community and raising awareness of homelessness in our local area.

A special thank you to Vice President Emily Boxall and Board Member Brendon Jenkins, who attended the cheque presentation on behalf of Hills Community Aid.

Thank you, Masonicare, for recognising the work of the Hills Winter Sleep Out and for your generous support of our community. 💙

Together, we can make a difference.

This week's most needed donations are:

🫘 Kidney beans
🥫 Tinned meat
🍪 Sweet and savoury biscuits
☕ Small jars of coffee
🧻 Tissues
🍬 Small packets of sugar
