Thinking about a career in engineering drafting? This is your chance. We’re hiring a full-time Draftsperson at RES Engineering Co based in our Launceston office.

You’ll help produce technical drawings for residential and commercial buildings, collaborate with our engineering team, keep project records organised, and be part of real projects shaping Tasmania.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting (or equivalent) highly favourable, but not essential.
Computer competency, familiarity with CAD software and Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook, Teams etc).
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn new skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Own transportation to and from the office is required.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work during regular office hours (8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday)
