Had my first blow out as my knee clip on my left leg failed with extreme prejudice while I was running. Just managed to bring it under control. More adrenaline than fun, but still well worth it.

There have been some suggestions to powerbock Mount Warning. Having already been up there a few times, that last bit is likely to be impossible on the bocks, but I am willing to give it a go.

Anyone got a camera for the funniest home video show - can you imagine the bounce I could get falling off Mount Warning! :D

I'll be introducing some people to powerbocks near the Shorncliffe Jetty this coming Sunday (19th August) around lunch time. If you want to try them, (first time, or again) I will have 45kg to 120kg covered.

Saw a chap on powerbocks at the Brisbane Exhibition yesterday in a large kangaroo suit, jumping around, with a tail! Got to put some of these together. :)
