Bushfire management burns. πŸ”₯πŸŒ³β€‹

To manage the risk of bushfires, our teams will be undertaking planned burns within the Project, Jimna and Imbil areas.

Smoke may be visible around Yielo Road, Bella Creek Road and the Borumba Project site while burns are underway. πŸ§‘β€πŸš’β€‹

Neighbouring properties will be notified at least 48 hours before burns commence.

Residents, especially those with respiratory conditions, are advised to stay indoors if they notice smoke in the area.

We've recently installed five automatic weather stations measuring rainfall, wind and conditions across our Project. πŸŒ§οΈβ€‹

The stations collect data in real time, helping our site teams monitor access routes, as well as inform site works and activities. πŸ“‘β€‹

Long-term data gathered via the stations will help our team in hydrology modelling to further understand the Project's catchment.
