Tropic Wings is looking for a Casual Reservations Assistant to join our Cairns team.
You'll help guests plan unforgettable experiences across the region while working with one of Far North Queensland's most established tourism operators.
We're looking for someone with great customer service skills, strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
This position is best suited to applicants seeking ongoing employment in Cairns and able to commit to a minimum 12-month period.

Before the parks, before the tours, before the experiences people travel across the world for… there was a vision.

Pip and Charles Woodward saw something more — not just land, but the potential to create meaningful connections with this region, its wildlife, and the people who visit it.

The second image captures the property at Rainforestation in 1980 — long before it became what so many know and love today.

This week, that legacy was recognised, with Pip and Charles honoured as Life Members by the Queensland Tourism Industry Council.

Their story lives on in every visit, every experience, and every moment spent exploring Tropical North Queensland.

We’re proud to carry that forward.
