We first met Matt 15 years ago, when he became an Australian Apprentice of the Year Finalist.

Matt's pathway through vocational education and training (VET) has taken him from his construction tools to senior leadership, shaping communities and contributing to significant developments.

Now further in his career, Matt is considering how he can give back to the next generation entering the industry, remaining a strong advocate for VET pathways.
