Inspired by his grandfather’s career as a boilermaker, Stewart set out to build his own path in metal fabrication and he hasn’t looked back. 🔩✨

While completing his Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication, Stewart quickly stood out, earning a Leading Hand role in his second year. He now leads a team of apprentices and tradespeople, showcasing impressive leadership and dedication.

With a passion for hands-on work and a goal to mentor others, Stewart is proof of how a VET pathway can build confidence, purpose and a rewarding career.

Toniele’s career path has had plenty of pivots, but it’s always been driven by one constant: a genuine curiosity about people, and a desire to help them.
Starting out as a trainee in 2009, she’s continually built on her experience, upskilling along the way and opening doors to meaningful new opportunities.

After 14 years in the not-for-profit sector, Toniele has transitioned into a People and Culture role and is now moving into a Strategy Lead position in the commercial sector.

This shift has also sparked something new - her own company, where she supports leaders in the not-for-profit space through supervision, coaching and training.

“It might sound eclectic, but when I look back, it all intertwines beautifully. Every experience, every qualification, every sector has informed the next chapter.”
