In 2003, we were told Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. It didn’t. Millions of ordinary people paid the price; displaced, injured and their lives upended over a lie.

Today, Syria is run by a man who once had a $10 million US bounty on his head as an al-Qaeda commander. We didn’t need an invasion for that outcome.

People First believes in strength of position and soundness of diplomacy - not belligerent rhetoric that gets ordinary families caught in the crossfire.
