Michael Murphy Social Worker I am a qualified Social Worker based in the Hunter Valley NSW. I work from a person Centred, active support approach and I am solution focused.

I have been working in the community sector for 20+ years and am available to work with children and adults who have NDIS or aged care funding. I have been working in the community sector for 20+ years and helping people navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme for the last 5 years. I have extensive experience supporting people with social skills training, employment pathways, complex cas

e management. I am also really good at paperwork, assessments and systems and would be happy to help you if you are feeling overwhelmed. I have specialist skills and knowledge in supporting people with Psychosocial disability/mental health support needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual disability and people from the LGBTQIA+ community. This basically means “your goals your way”. I enjoy supporting people to live their own best life and do the things they value and enjoy. My own personal interests include: Gardening and permaculture, cooking, going to art galleries, walking my dogs.
