For $1.50 you can order a delicious cinnamon donut from the tuckshop for your child to enjoy at second break.

🌟🚶‍♀️ Darra State School's Park and Stride Event! 🚶‍♂️🌟
Join us this Wednesday, 20th May, for our exciting Park and Stride event! Let’s kickstart the day with some fresh air, exercise, and community spirit.
📍 Meeting Point: Ducie Street Park
⏰ Time: Meet at 8:20am, and we’ll start walking at 8:30am sharp!
To promote National Road Safety Week, we’re inviting all students to wear something yellow - it could be a hat, scarf, socks, or another small accessory. Please note, this is not a free dress day, so students should still wear their school uniform.
This is a great opportunity to promote healthy habits, road safety, and a sense of togetherness in our school community. We can’t wait to see you there!

Darra Community Festival

Join the festival fun at our games and drinks stall and help us raise money for our STEAM programs. Both adult and student volunteers are required. If a student is signing up as a volunteer a parent is required to remain onsite and students are to wear school uniform. We hope to see you there!!

Dear Darra Families,
There has been an accident on Winslow Street which has resulted in the closure of access to the front of the school. We have also been advised that the school will be without power for the day.
While the school will remain open for students who need to attend , there will be significant disruption to normal operations throughout the day. Due to the power outage, classrooms will be without lighting, and the school day will not run as usual.
Gates on Scotts Rd Darra Station Rd will be open.
