We are all aware that workforce issues accross regional Austrlia and further , are impacting our access to face to face services even more. To access preventative, early intervention services can be a problem and things like distance, waitlists or costs can be a prohibitive factor in accessing services in a timely manner . As mental health clinicians in Deni, we are aware of a range of fantastic online resources, helplines and early intevention programs that can be done from ones' home. Sometimes just getting more information about what we are dealing with can be helpful; and knowing it is real and there is help out there.
