Midway Road Community House is currently inviting people who would like to join our Committee of Management. This is a rewarding opportunity to play an active role in shaping the direction, sustainability, and impact of a valued local organisation.
As a committee member, you’ll work collaboratively with others to provide guidance, support decision-making, and help ensure the community house continues to thrive and respond to local needs.
You don’t need previous board or governance experience as mentoring is available - just a genuine interest in your community, a willingness to contribute, and the ability to work as part of a team. We welcome people from diverse backgrounds, with a range of skills, perspectives, and life experiences.
Whether you bring experience in administration, finance, community development, marketing, or simply a passion for making a difference, your contribution will be valued.
This is a voluntary role and typically involves attending regular meetings and contributing to planning and discussions. It’s also a great opportunity to build new skills, connect with others, and be part of something positive in your local area.
