What a fantastic morning celebrating our dads and father figures! 🤍💚 Our Year 6 students put our dads to the test with four fun challenges based on the four areas of wellbeing they have been learning about, Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Social & Emotional wellbeing.

From a soccer challenge ⚽ and blindfolded LEGO building 🧱 to Family Feud Bible trivia 📖 and bobbing for apples 🍎, there was plenty of teamwork, laughter, encouragement and friendly competition!

We also heard an inspiring Father’s Day message, and our school choir performed “I See a Hero”. They sang beautifully and made the morning even more special. 🎶

Thank you to all our dads and father figures who joined us and helped make the morning such a memorable one. 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Yesterday, six of our Year 6 students represented our school at the 2026 MathsCup Competition, participating for the very first time! 🧮✨ It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to put their mathematical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork skills to the test. Well done to all six students on a great effort and for taking on the challenge! 👏🏽

What a fantastic, creative and fun-filled Book Week we have had! 📚

Our Book Parade was a wonderful celebration, with students bringing some of their favourite book characters to life through an amazing array of creative costumes. 🌟

It was great to see the excitement across the school and to welcome so many of our HopePoint community. Having our HopePoint ELC students join us made the occasion even more special 🤗 HopePoint Early Learning Centre

Our Book Fair has also been a huge success. Thank you to everyone who supported the fair and helped us celebrate the joy of reading throughout Book Week! 👏🏽

And a special mention to our wonderful librarian, Mrs Auckett for all the time and effort that went into organising our all Book Week activities. We are so grateful for everything you did to make the week such a success! 🙌🏽

A big thank you to our staff, students and families for making our 2026 Book Week such a fun and memorable occasion. 🎉

Congratulations to our three talented students who represented HopePoint at the CSSA Primary State Athletics Carnival! 🙌🏽

All three performed exceptionally well in their respective events, with each achieving a personal best! 🌟

🥇 Boaz – 1st in High Jump (1.43m)
🥇🥈 Mia I – 1st in Shot Put (8.85m) and 2nd in Discus (22.40m)
🌟 Willow – 8th in the 200m

And a big congratulations to Boaz and Mia I, who have qualified for the NSWCIS Primary Athletics Championships! 🎉

An outstanding achievement by all three students. Please join us in congratulating them! 👏🏽

The countdown to Book Week is on! ⏰

At Chapel today, 1 Green highlighted many of the books they have studied so far this year. From The Gruffalo to I’m Australian Too, students presented a wonderful range of stories and shared why books can capture the imagination of even the pickiest reader. 📕

They concluded their presentation with the song Why Won’t You Open a Book?, challenging everyone to stop scrolling, start turning pages and discover where a good book can take you! 📚

Last week we had 24 of our students proudly represent HopePoint at the OzTag Gala Day, with both a Junior and Senior team taking to the field for a fantastic day of competition. 🏉

Despite the persistent rain, our students demonstrated outstanding resilience, determination and sportsmanship from the first game to the last. Their teamwork, encouragement and positive attitude were evident throughout the day, whether making a great play on the field or cheering on their teammates from the sidelines. 💪🏽 🥳

We are incredibly proud of the way our students represented HopePoint, displaying perseverance and integrity in challenging weather conditions while giving their very best in every match. 🙌🏽

It was fantastic to welcome Macarthur Bulls FC to HopePoint for a fun-filled soccer workshop. Our students had a wonderful time learning from experienced coaches, developing their soccer skills, and participating in a range of engaging drills. ⚽️ 🥅

Throughout the session, students worked on passing, dribbling, ball control and teamwork, while also building confidence. 🤗

A huge congratulations to all of our students who represented HopePoint Christian School at the Zone Athletics Carnival yesterday. 🏃🏽

We are incredibly proud of the determination, resilience and outstanding sportsmanship you displayed throughout the day. 🙌🏽
