This week’s PBL focus is Entering the classroom ready to learn. 💚

Students will be learning why the way we return to class after breaks matters. Lining up, listening and transitioning ready to learn helps students shift from play time back to learning, supports their classmates to do the same and helps teachers get learning underway smoothly. 🐝

Tomorrow is our next Step Into Prep afternoon! 🐝

Come along from 2-3pm and meet Ms Addie in the Prep PEN for an afternoon of play, connection and getting a little more familiar with big school before 2027 rolls around.

Already part of our incoming Kin Kora crew? If your child has a Kin Kora Kids shirt, they’re welcome to wear it along - but absolutely no stress if they don’t have one!

🐝💛 PLAYGROUP NEWS 💛🐝

What a wonderful morning we had at Playgroup last week! 🥰✨

🌳 Outside, our little learners had lots of fun with bikes, swings, the sandpit, roller coaster, ball run and colour mixing with eye droppers! 🎨🚲

🙌 Sensory play was a big hit with play dough, chickpeas and some wonderfully messy goop!

🧩 Inside, the children explored puzzles, our flower garden, magnets, soft blocks and lots more.

📚 We enjoyed listening to The Cranky Bear, singing some favourite nursery rhymes 🎶 and finishing our morning together with our goodbye song. 👋

⭐📖 A highlight of the morning was seeing everyone dressed as their favourite book character for Book Week! There were so many fantastic costumes and smiling faces! ✨🦸‍♀️🧚‍♂️🐻

💙 NEXT WEEK – FATHER’S DAY! 💙

We have some special Father’s Day activities planned and can’t wait to celebrate with you all! 👨‍👧‍👦💙

What a beautiful afternoon with our newest Kin Kora Kids! 💛🐝

There was dancing, playing, challenges to complete, new friends to meet, fruit to munch, icy poles to enjoy and plenty of fun along the way. But the best part was seeing our new families connecting, chatting and getting to know each other.

A huge thank you to all of the parents and families who came along, and to our newest little Kin Kora Kids who absolutely ROCKED their new shirts! We loved seeing you wearing them so proudly.

And a very big thank you to our wonderful staff who gave up part of their Saturday to come along, join in the fun and help make our new families feel so welcome.
