THANKYOU SO MUCH TO THE KIND YOUNG MAN WHO CAME AND REMOVED THESE ITEMS OVERNIGHT. WE APPRECIATE IT.

Please don't dump hazardous waste with us.
We host workshops for people with disabilities who dismantle electrical waste.

We hate to name and shame but "donating" hazardous chemicals to us is just not ok !!
This simply creates a danger to us and our people PLUS now we have to find a way to dispose of this in a safe way.

Please be considerate. We love to accept unwanted electrical waste but we are not the local dumping ground.

We recycle ewaste!!
At eWC, we run workshops for people with a disability/disadvantage.
They disassemble ELECTRICAL waste and enjoy a great sense of community.
We are a charity and have very limited resources.
It is really NOT HELPFUL if you dump your rubbish with us.
If it is not ewaste, then we just have to take it to the dump, which is a big drain on our time and resources.
Please be considerate.

Great to collaborate!

Last week one of our volunteers used the EWC truck to collect a large quantity of unwanted airline blankets from the airport.

These were delivered to Nourish Street Inc . They will distribute them to help people in Brisbane who are without a home.

Thanks to GoGet CarShare who assisted with a tank of fuel for the collection.

Things are better when we work together!
