With over 30 years' experience in case management, Jim holds a post graduate certificate in Client Assessment and Case Management with Swinburne University.

Jim is passionate about working with both individuals and couples, and their issues, in order to bring change.

As a specialist in the family violence field, Jim is considered a local expert, with required qualifications as set by Family Safe Victoria, the government body that sets the standards for working in the family violence sector.
