Tonight is our second sold-out Truffle Festa. Anyone would think that we're all champing at the bit to go out! And don't even mention the Winter's Night bonfire events starting next weekend! Three sell-outs in record time! Still tables available for lunch this weekend if you prefer to take things a little easier. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in a Covid-Safe kinda way.

Mick from Stoney Oak Truffles came in for a spot of lunch today and to drop in some truffles for our Festa Tartufo next Friday night. Chef Nick Raitt will be using these in the risotto for the second course, for a truffled chervil butter for the free range chicken dish, and to infuse in the truffled white chocolate and green peppercorn ice cream dessert. Plenty more fresh ones coming next week to shave at the table. Thanks Mick!
