Larry’s taking some well-earned leave for the next month! ✈️

He booked this trip with his wife over twelve months ago, timed around visiting their son Mitch and daughter-in-law over in the UK.

And as luck would have it, two days before they were due to fly out, Mitch & his wife moved back to Aus. 🏡

Silver lining: Mitch is stepping in to fly for PAS, so if you give us a call, he’ll be the one answering. He’ll be up in the air alongside Ryan and Tim for the next month while Larry & his wife finally get a well deserved break. And if you know Larry… you’ll know he’s not one to slow down.

Out at Rockhampton this week putting the drone to work on woody w**d control.

Pellet spreading is one of the most efficient ways to tackle woody w**d over large or hard-to-reach country, and it’s exactly the kind of job our drones are built for.

Firew**d doesn’t wait, and neither do we - our drones springing to action to spot-spray this patch here in Glamorganvale before it gets a foothold in the pasture. Toxic to stock, easy to miss from the ground, and our eyes from the sky have picked it up early. Early detection & action prevents future chaos.

We recently ran a demo at the GCP Roadshow in Gatton - drone spraying in front of a curious crowd of growers and agronomists keen to see it up close. Back in the valley, doing the rounds. This run’s about giving the crop what it needs to produce its best - PAS drone tracking low and steady, laying down even coverage row by row.

Drone application means there are no heavy wheels through the paddock, no compaction, no waiting on the ground to dry out first. Just consistent coverage from one end of the block to the other.

Night shift at Kingaroy 🌙

Another few days on the ground with Aerial Applications Australia.

Two drones in the air working together side by side means more hectares covered and less time the paddock sits waiting.

We’ve been doing a bit of night spraying lately, so if you spot what you think is a UFO moving over the paddocks after dark - don’t panic, it’s probably just us. 🤷

Clarkson’s Farm Season 5 has finally discovered drones. We’ve only been flying them here in the Lockyer Valley for the past four or so years. 🚁

Same drone, different paddock. While Jeremy’s just getting started, we’ve been doing spray runs, crop mapping, and aerial spreading across South East Queensland since day dot.

Better late than never they say. Hey Jeremy?

Spent a couple of days out in the Kingaroy region last week, helping the team at Aerial Applications Australia spread pellets to get on top of some rats tail grass - good to get out, lend a hand, and work closely with another local operator.

Rats tail grass isn’t an easy target - with a couple of drones working together, coverage stayed consistent and efficient across the block.
