Congratulations to my awesome wife and pitmaster at the Settlers Markets Smokin in the valley August 2024 competition , getting 1st in chicken , 2nd in Pork and 3rd overall . A big thanks to Smoking Steve and Steve's Mum for all the help , tips and advice .

What a great weekend it was at the Brew N Que 2019 at Ascot Racecourse, was privileged to be up against some great teams and we were glad to finish 15th in the 29 team line up, not bad for our 2nd time out! Can't wait for our next turn at Smoke in the Valley in November where we can hopefully improve on our scores.

Come on down it's turning out to be a beautiful day for some great food and some great beers.

The new BBQ that Paul is building is nearing completion, just another couple of coats of paint and we are on - fired it up this weekend for the first time - results were excellent! Bring on Chidlow in September and Brew N Que in October at Ascot.
