Since our announcement regarding the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) to vote on the dissolution of the organisation, we have received a high volume of questions.

We believe in transparency and want to ensure every member of our community has access to the same facts, rather than relying on rumors. We have compiled a detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document that addresses the situation head-on.

This document covers crucial information, including:

Your Money: Details on ticket refunds and membership fee refunds.

Whether you’re working on a novel, dabbling in poetry, or just want to journal in a supportive environment, this space is for you.

✨ Low Pressure Zone: We know sharing your work can be scary (or maybe you just want to write in peace!). That is totally fine. There is zero pressure to read your work aloud or share what you are doing. You can simply come along, enjoy the company of other creatives, and focus on your own projects.

Instead of the usual stopping-all-stations nightmare, you get Express Coaches straight to Southern Cross. 💅

From there, jump on any City Loop train to Flinders St. You’ll be there before the glitter settles.

Melton fam, stop following the Ballarat people! You have your own side quest now.

Catch the shuttle bus to Watergardens Station. 🛍️
Then hop on a Metro train to the city.
The Flex: Depending on the time, you might get to zoom through the new Metro Tunnel! 🚇 If so, get off at Town Hall or Flinders St and act like you own the place.
