🏊 Annual General Meeting

We apologize for the delay in holding our AGM this year while essential paperwork was being finalized. We are ready to kick off planning for the upcoming season and would love to see some new faces!

Open Roles: Executive Committee & General Committee Members

Because the pool is seasonal, the time commitment is light with only a few meetings required throughout the year. Whether you are interested in an executive position or joining as a general committee member, your support keeps our community pool running smoothly.

Please consider donating your 10c containers to the swimming pool fundraising effort by placing them in the collection baskets located outside the cafe and IGA, contributing to a fantastic new fencing project.

The makeover is complete and the change rooms are looking great, we are in the process of finalising the funding to finish off the concrete and landscaping with a bang! 🏆🔥🎉💥😍

💦🌞 Minyip Swimming Pool AGM – Come Join the Fun! 🌞💦

Our AGM is coming up, and we’d love to see some new friendly faces join the crew that helps keep our pool such a great place for the whole community!

Being part of the committee is a great way to meet people, have a laugh, and pitch in to keep the pool running smoothly. It’s not a huge time commitment – just a few ways you can get involved:

🏊‍♀️ Help out in the kiosk now and then
🗓️ Come along to 3–4 meetings a year
🎉 Lend a hand at pool party days and events
💰 Get involved in a bit of fundraising
👍 Have your say and vote on important decisions

We’re also on the lookout for a few legends who might be keen to jump into executive roles – if you’ve got a bit of time and enthusiasm, we’d love to chat!

It’s all about keeping our pool a fun, welcoming place for everyone in Minyip 💙
