Congratulations to 4 of our members who successfully completed their Road Crash Rescue certification earlier this month!

This achievement strengthens our capability to respond to road crash incidents and provide vital rescue support when our communities need it most.

With these newly certified members, Nebo and Glenden now have increased Road Crash Rescue coverage, enhancing our ability to deliver timely and effective assistance across the region.

Nebo’s Luke, Damon and Sheena, along with Glenden’s Jesse, are pictured with Ron from Airlie Beach and trainers Sharon, Alex and Brenton after completing four full days of intensive training. The course covered vehicle stabilisation, casualty protection and extrication techniques, rescue tool operations, scene safety, teamwork, and realistic road crash rescue scenarios designed to prepare members for the challenges of real-world incidents.

A huge congratulations to all involved for their hard work, dedication and commitment to serving our communities. Well done!
