Sunday afternoon off Sydney heads, Echo watch on MH30 responded to a vessel in distress. What began as a simple tow to a mooring in the Harbour quickly descended into a medical emergency. A big shout out to Marine Area Command - NSW Police Force for coordinating the response and NSW Ambulance for the prompt response and casualty transfer. Well done to Echo Watch and the team at Marine Rescue Sydney for all your hard work!
