It lobbies for appropriate services for Domestic and Family violence and encourages all people to take a stand against violence.

We’re looking for adults with lived experience of domestic, family or sexual violence to build the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG).

The LEAG will provide advice directly to the Minister for Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence.

To join the LEAG, you need to be a member of the Adult Lived Experience Advisory Network (LEAN). You can register for LEAN at the same time.

May is Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month – a time to raise awareness, encourage conversations, and shine a spotlight on the impacts of domestic and family violence.

All community members are invited to attend today's Domestic Violence Vigil, 4:30 pm - 5:30pm at The Place of Courage, Sturts Reserve.

This is a meaningful opportunity for us to come together, honour those we've lost, and stand united with compassion and hope for meaningful change.

The Gathering Place is a safe and supportive group in Murray Bridge for women who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence. The group offers a caring and non-judgmental environment where participants can access:

-Confidential peer support
-Practical tools for healing and rebuilding
-Guided discussions facilitated by a trained domestic violence counsellor
-To help keep this a safe and confidential space, the date and time of the group will be provided once a participant has registered 🩷
