It was a huge weekend for the HV/RFS Catering team, with the crew preparing 100 lunch packs each day for the Bimbadeen Hazard Reduction Burn. From early starts to long days we worked behind the scene to keep our firefighters fed for the job ahead.

Our mobile Ops crew also played a vital role, serving as the central hub for command, communication, control, and coordination throughout the operation helping crews stay connected and ensure the burn ran safely and efficiently.

Yesterday and today RFS Hunter Valley Catering was on the ground at the Howes Valley Hazard Reduction Burn, keeping crews fueled and ready.
It’s always a great feeling when we roll in and see the friendly faces,but today we had a completely different kind of crew. Curious herd of cattle stopping by to check us out “And that’s no bull”

I also like to say a
big thank you to all our catering team for their tireless efforts and to the neighboring landowners for their continued help and support we couldn’t do it without you.

Another day with HV, RFS, Catering Service feeding the crews at Lake St Clair. Normally this lake is crystal clear and picture perfect,reflecting the bush and sky.
Today smoke drifts across the water a powerful reminder of why these legends are out here doing what they do

Another extraordinary day, 48 lunch packs produced and taken down the Putty. Crews fed and they headed back to work, hopefully fire will be out soon.
