Hi all. Just some updates for you. As we progress forward here are some updated photos of our latest.
More still to come.
With the help of Alpine Shire Assx group we were able to buy and plant local native trees that do not grow to 100 feet tall!!! Making them easier to manage and part of our future planning.
Keep on the lookout for more updates happening very soon.
Our day to become operational again gets closer. I want to thank the 10 volunteers who turned up to help make memories, history and stories.

Dec 2025..
Just when you thought we were going to taking a break for xmas..
Some more updates for you. The outside boundary fencing is 90% finished. We are just waiting for the final roads/track to go in before we finalise this project with the final stage of the front gates to be installed.
We also managed to get a grant to plant some user friendly shade trees. Hopefully to be planted in autumn.
With another grant we are now able to or should I say in the process of putting in three chairs and our official Havilah Cemetery sign. The chairs will be a welcome addition for those wanting to sit quietly and reflect over the Havilah Cemtery. Did I say how the wild flowers have been amazing this year.
