🏠 Casey North Community Information & Support Service Inc.Welcome to our new location 🐾 SUNNY DOGGO OFFISHUL TOUR OF OUR NEW HOME! ☀️

Henlo frens!! 👋
It me, Sunny doggo
Lisa the Financial Counsellor’s very impawtant assistant, professional snack inspector, reception enthusiast and goodest boy.
I have been given a VERY impawtant job today.

✨ WELCOME TO CASEY NORTH CISS NEW HOME✨ City of Casey
📍 52–54 Webb Street, Narre Warren VIC
I did personal sniffs and inspeckshun and can confirm: very nice. many smells. excellent humans. 10/10. ⭐

🚗 FIRST: WHERE DO HOOMANS PARK?
There is car parking at service, nextdoor to Windermere and where the Youth Centre is located

🚆🚌 We are also super close to Narre Warren Train Station and local buses, so you can get here even if you do not have four speedy legs like me.
🐶 Now come. I show you around. 🐕💨

📸 PHOTO 1: HOW TO ENTER
When you arrive, you can come up the ramp to the building.
You may hear a little CLICKY CLICK 🔊
When you hear clicky sound, pull door and.
✨ TA-DAAAAA! YOU IN! ✨
Very advanced hooman technology.

📸 PHOTO 2: DIS IS ME OUTSIDE
YES. WE HAVE AN OUTSIDE AREA!!! 🌿☀️
Here I am with my very special ball. 🎾
Sometimes the staff and volunteers sit out here and eat their lunch.
Sometimes food falls on ground.
Sometimes I sniff ground.
Sometimes I find crumb.
I believe this is called community service 🐶🤭

📸 PHOTO 3: TWO BUILDINGS?!
Yes fren. TWO different office buildings joined by our outside area.
Sometimes I run over to the other building because I LOVE RECEPTION VERY MUCH.
Why?
Because reception hoomans keep...
🤫 S P E C I A L S N A C K S. 🤫 (and sometimes lollies for the peoples who comes)
They keep treats in a basket for me and sometimes I hide under the desk so my mummy Lisa cannot see me getting extra snackies.
This is called financial planning.
Lisa is Financial Counsellor so I think she will understand.

📸 PHOTO 4: VERY IMPAWTANT MEETING
For photo purposes I was granted SPECIAL ACCESS to the boardroom.
I attended a very serious photo sheshun meeting.
I contributed several important ideas.
Then I did ZOOMIES. 💨💨💨
Sophia clapped and sang for me.
Meeting = successful.
They call me...
🖤⚡ THE BLACK FLASH. ⚡🖤
Superman is not Sunny
Sunny is Superman ( I is the fastest, super, speedy, black lightnning bolt in photos)
Thank you for attending my offishul tour of Casey North Community Information & Support Service’s new home at 52–54 Webb Street, Narre Warren. 🏠💙
But before I go, I have one VERY impawtant message

🐶🐱 DOGGO & CATEAU FOOD NEEDED! 🐱🐶

Not every doggo and cateau is lucky enough to have a treat basket hiding at reception.
Casey North supports people in our community who are doing it tough, and sometimes their beloved furry family members need a helping paw too. ❤️🐾

🧡 We would be incredibly grateful for donations of dog and cat food at our new location.Because no fren, whether they have two legs or four, should have to go hungry.

🌏 Homelessness Week 2026 | Every Person Deserves a Safe Place to Call Home 🌏

🧡 This Homelessness Week, we stand alongside those experiencing or at risk of homelessness and reaffirm our commitment to advocating for meaningful change.

✅️ Our Executive Officer, Sean Coleman, recently attended the South East Homelessness and Housing Alliance (SEHHA) Advocacy Priorities event. As a proud SEHHA partner, Casey North Community Information & Support Service Inc. joined Executive Officers and sector leaders from across Melbourne's South East to discuss the growing housing crisis, share regional insights, and advocate for the urgent action needed to support our communities.

📊 The statistics are impossible to ignore.
City of Casey, City of Greater Dandenong and Cardinia Shire Council recorded the highest number of people experiencing homelessness in Victoria in the 2021 Census. At Casey North Community Information & Support Service, we see these numbers reflected in the lives of the people who walk through our doors every day.

⚠️ Since the 2025-2026 financial year, we have experienced more than a 2032% increase in people seeking support, with more individuals and families reaching out for assistance with housing, homelessness, financial hardship, food relief and other essential services. This is alarming!

🏠 The South East Homelessness and Housing Alliance is calling for urgent investment to, Increase specialist homelessness service funding to meet growing demand. Fund assertive outreach services to reduce rough sleeping across the South East. Establish a new crisis supported accommodation facility for Casey and Cardinia. Create a homelessness access point in Cardinia to improve access to support.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Behind every statistic is a person, a family, a story and a community that deserves hope.
This Homelessness Week, we encourage everyone to learn more, advocate for change and remember that together we can create a future where everyone has access to safe, secure and affordable housing.

🌟 Introducing Our New Executive Officer, Sean Coleman 🌟

🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 We would like to introduce Sean Coleman, the new Executive Officer of Casey North Community Information & Support Service Inc.

🧡 Sean brings with him a wealth of experience across the community, health and not-for-profit sectors. His career has included leadership roles at Melbourne Zoo, Diamond Valley Community Support, the Starlight Children's Foundation, the Royal Children's Hospital, and most recently, more than six years with Windermere Child and Family Services.

⭐️ At the heart of Sean's leadership is a simple belief, when people feel supported, valued and appreciated, they can achieve amazing things together. He is passionate about building on the incredible work already being done, strengthening partnerships, and continuing to grow the positive impact Casey North CISS has within our community within City of Casey. Sean was drawn to Casey North CISS because of its longstanding reputation for the genuine difference it makes within peoples lives and the community

🐶 When he's not at work, you'll often find Sean spending time with his family and their rescue dogs. Together they foster and adopt through Beagle Rescue Victoria and Beagle Freedom Australia, and love nothing more than heading to the beach with their four-legged companions. 🐾 (Sunny is thrilled to have another friend to meet 🤭)

🗨 Sean also lives by one of Sir David Attenborough's favourite quotes:
"I just wish the world was twice as big and half of it was still unexplored."

🎵 And here's a fun fact, before his career in the community sector, Sean was a musician and even spent a short time playing saxophone with Vanessa Amorosi's band! 🎷

🩵 We're thrilled to have Sean leading Casey North CISS into its next chapter and look forward to everything we'll achieve together.
Welcome to the team, Sean! ✨️
