My name is Rubeann Apresto and I am a NDIS provider from Journey to Horizon Services PTY LTD.
Our vision is optimising social and economic independence and full participation for people with disability. An important part of our vision is striving to become the number one preferred service provider in our community.
I am writing to express my interest in working with you and your current participants requiring a NDIS Provider, the services I provide are:
• Community participation
• Assist in Daily Living
• Household Task
• Respite Care
• Assist Travel/transport
• Assist- life stages, transition and support
My current qualifications and experience include Cert III in Early Childhood and Cer IV in Children, Youth and Family intervention. With 10 years of experience in Out-of-Home Care, I specialize in supporting individuals with Autism, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD), FASD, Learning Disability, and PTSD.
I am located in 32 Don Cct., Durack and am able to take on any self or plan managed participants within Darwin and Palmerston area. My company is home based although we are happy to travel to the participants to provide services.
I am currently waiting on my registration number for the NDIS Commission as the first Audit report was submitted first week of July 2025.
Our operating hours are 24/7 and are available to start taking on new participants as of next week.
