THE MILL & BROKENBACK BAR Tuscany is an intimate mix; a touch of Italy and Australia, located with views second to none in the Hunter Region 2 hours from Sydney. This boutique hotel has a casual setting with 38 guest rooms with restaurant and bar located at the top of the property next to Thomas Wines cellar door. The Olive Grove rooms are furnished with a rustic Tuscan feel or aspirational manne

r, whilst the Vineyard View rooms are a comfortable simple room taking full advantage of the vineyard vista; flat-screen TV’s and wireless throughout all guest rooms. On site activities include outdoor swimming pool and electronic bike hire. Our friendly team can organise wine tours and in-room massages; please ask about bookings. The Olive Grove rooms have parking at your front door and the Vineyard View Rooms have undercover car parks. One of the added benefits of this little gem is the ability to bring your friendly furry friend; there is a fee associated and must be declared on booking; there are a limited number of rooms available.
