From 1 November 2026, Bankstown Canterbury Community Transport will introduce changes to client fares and payment methods.

Following a review of increasing operating, vehicle and service delivery costs, client fares will increase by $2 per trip. BCCT will also be moving to cashless payments.

We understand that these changes, particularly the move to cashless payments, may take some adjustment for some of our clients. Our team is here to help and will work with clients, families and representatives to make the transition as smooth as possible.

These changes will help us continue to provide the safe, reliable and caring transport services our community relies on.
