🌏✨ Celebrating Our Cultural Leaders at Coombabah State High School ✨🌏

Recently, our 2026 Cultural Leaders were proudly presented with their leadership badges by Principal Stephensen.

Congratulations to:
👏 Year 11 students Attaveious and Bettina
👏 Year 10 students Kaea and Eloise

These outstanding students were presented with both Cultural and Indigenous Leadership badges in recognition of their commitment to leadership, culture, and community within our school.

All four students are proud representatives of their cultural heritages and active members of C’Bah Muggera and C’Bah Vaka, demonstrating inclusivity, pride, and leadership across our school community.

A special thank you to Mr Nao Hirano OAM from the Queensland Police Service Cross Cultural Police Liaison Unit Gold Coast for attending and supporting this important occasion.

We are incredibly proud of these students and look forward to seeing the positive impact they continue to make at Coombabah SHS. 💙

Competing in Richmond on the weekend of 16–17 May, Liam took home the title of High Gun for the Junior Class at this special one-off event.

• 📅 Dates: 21st – 28th July (7 nights)
• 💰 $840 payment for hosting two students
• ✅ Option to host one student only
• 🛏️ Shared room with temporary bedding is perfectly fine
• 🎒 Students can travel to and from school with your child

👦👧 About the Students:
• Aged 14–15 years
• Speak basic English
