Today is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day 💜🙌

Held globally each year on 15 June, the day provides an opportunity for communities to stand together against the abuse, mistreatment and neglect of seniors.

As part of this year’s campaign, Council is hosting free community information sessions to help raise awareness, connect residents with support services and encourage conversations around elder abuse.
