MINISTRIES OF United Republic Of Delvin
United Republic of Delvin was later called Howland Island, located just north of the Equator in
the Central Pacific Ocean, about 1,700 nautical miles Southwest of Honolulu. This United
Republic of Delvin lies almost halfway between Hawaii and Australia. It has got area coverage of
160 hectares, and was unclaimed and uninhabited since up to 2023 when it was declared a
Country / Sovereign State on the 5th September 2023 by a Great Professor Dr. Webiston
Jokonya.
United Republic of Delvin has got one international seaport called Port Howland located on the
South East Pole of it, and one biggest city called Nashville City, where the international airport
of Amelia International Airport is located.
CLIMATE (Equatorial): Scant rainfall, constant wind, burning sun.
TERRAIN: Low-laying nearly level, sandy, coral island surrounded by a narrow fringing reef
depressed central area.
NATURAL RESOURCES: Guano (deposits worked until late 1800s), terrestrial and aquatic
Wildlife.
NATURAL HAZARDS: The narrow fringing reef surrounding the island ca be a maritime hazard.
ENVIRONMENT: Current issues –No natural fresh water resource

INTRODUCING THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF DELVIN
The United Republic of Delvin – URD (later known as Howland), is a micronation located in the
heart of the Central Pacific Ocean about 2,100km near Kiribati. The United Republic of Delvin is
also an Ancestral land of the Kore Tribe from early 1700s, was declared a Sovereign State on
the 5th September 2023. His Royal Majesty King Dr Webiston Jokonya, was declared the
permanent ruler of the United Republic of Delvin – URD, and the Kore Tribe, after the
resolutions of the Princes of the Kores, and the Princes of United Republic of Delvin.
United Republic of Delvin is a Monarchy State and Tribe, with a working government,
constitution, and national anthem. United Republic of Delvin is currently recognized by other
governments, organizations, and intergovernmental organizations, like: Republic of Ambazonia
(Southern Cameroons), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (India), Board of
Quality Standards (BQS), Khoisan Nation Self Defense Unit of South Africa, Hessequa Khoi Tribal
Council, International Human Rights Commission (IHRC), All Nations University, All Nations
Outreach Christian Council (South Africa), among others.
The significant economic potential that the United Republic of Delvin holds are sectors in
fisheries, mining, and tourism. United Republic of Delvin is positioned as a key player in the
Central Pacific Ocean, sharing maritime boarder with Kiribati. URD’s strategic geographic
location, enhance the possibilities for fruitful collaborations with other governments and
organizations around the globe.
The United Republic of Delvin is a major producer of Fish, Kapenta, and Guano, a valuable
source of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium, contributing substantially to our national
economy. United Republic of Delvin’s natural resources extend beyond agriculture,
encompassing fertile land, minerals and the potential for gas reserves, amplifying the economic
significance.
The United Republic of Delvin, due to its location, it experiences a tropical climate, which
means that there is no distinct seasons. The consistent temperatures and humidity throughout
the year make it suitable for visitation at any time without the need to consider specific
seasons.
