Any baby born alive MUST have a medical history and if the baby was planned to be aborted before birth and yet was alive avter the procefure its death must be reported to the coroner for a full investigation and never discarded as meficsl waste.
To secure this information as a full historical record all abortions must be medicall recorded and reported to an independent authority, to make sure processes are above board. Too many things are going under the table and this must stop. Many have shown their trust is now strongly contaminated, and must be cleaned up.
