We work with participants experiencing mental health challenges, addiction and recovery, housing stress, justice system involvement, isolation, complex situations, or people who have slipped through the cracks.

Not everyone had a smooth start.

Some people learned life the hard way — through chaos, instability, survival mode.
That’s exactly why Concrete Schoolyard exists.

We’re a lived-experience psychosocial NDIS support team built by people who’ve actually been there — mental health challenges, addiction, housing stress, broken systems, and the slow work of rebuilding.

We don’t do textbook support.
We do real-life progress — the kind that holds when things get messy.

We support people who:
• Grew up tough or fell through the cracks
• Are rebuilding from chaos or instability
• Need structure, consistency, and real connection
• Want workers who understand because they’ve lived it too
