If residents were to plant 10-25 milkweed plants in their gardens we'd help save the endangered monarchs on their multi-generational migration from Mexico to Canada!!

When you plant your milkweed, its often good to plant them in an area that they can climb to become a chrysalis. you can plant near a fence with a small ledge or you can put up a shelf they can climb under. they amaze me how high they're willing to climb to cocoon!

You can have a butterfly way station in your yard. In two years, Sienna can be packed with butterflies! Best to use Native Plants!
