Following our recent announcement of Kado Coffs Harbour, MARS Building is pleased to confirm that contracts have been signed and construction has commenced at Kado Anna Bay.

Located on Gan Gan Road, this project will deliver a 32-residence development with associated site works, infrastructure and landscaping.

Designed to support long-term performance and occupant wellbeing, the development will also incorporate integrated wellness spaces, including features such as salt therapy rooms and other specialised amenities.

The render attached provides an early look at what’s to come, with works now underway on site as we begin bringing this project to life.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Kado Group and look forward to driving construction through to completion.

☕ Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at MARS Building ☕

Yesterday, we held our Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea at the office in support of a fantastic cause.

A huge thank you to the team at Harvey Norman for assisting us with hosting the event and for providing the delicious BBQ bacon & egg rolls — they went down a treat, especially in the cooler weather! 🥓🍳

We’re proud to share that the MARS Building team ended up raising an amazing $659, with all funds going towards supporting those impacted by cancer 💛

Welcome Kado Coffs Harbour 👷‍♂️🏗️

A little delayed, but we’re proud to officially welcome Kado Residences Coffs Harbour to the MARS Building portfolio.
Construction commenced a few months ago, with piling works now complete – marking a key milestone as this exciting project begins to take shape on the NSW North Coast.

Delivered for our client, Kado Group, this boutique development will bring a new standard of wellness-focused, luxury retirement living to Coffs Harbour. Designed as an exclusive and intimate community, the project will feature a limited collection of thoughtfully designed residences, centred around lifestyle, wellbeing, and coastal living.

We look forward to continuing progress on site and sharing more milestones as we bring this vision to life.

Today Michael & Liz.G attended the launch of the Sun Safe Workplace Awareness Program- SWAP this fantastic local initiative will bring more awareness to not only construction workers but to all those whom work outdoors.

We’re excited to be apart of this launch and bring this program into our business over the coming months.

Today marks the beginning of Melanoma Awareness Month and the day we officially launched SWAP. We couldn't be prouder to see this initiative out in the community.

Building wellbeing beyond the work site 👷🏽

Ben, Noah, Chris and Eli represented MARS Building at the Henderson Half Marathon yesterday, all hitting their target times. Special mention to Ben, who took out the event on handicap and beat his target by 10 minutes — a great team effort and a strong reminder of the value of consistency and wellbeing.

As we move closer to completing the Watagan Park Shopping Precinct, our focus remains firmly on realising the vision for the Town Centre—a warm, welcoming destination designed to encourage people to slow down, take in their surroundings, and connect with the heart of the community.
This space is taking shape as an inviting environment fronting the cafés, featuring generous seating zones, lush mass planting, and layered garden beds that introduce texture, colour, and life throughout the precinct.
Yesterday marked another major milestone with the successful positioning of the canopy structure. The footage captured onsite highlights not only the progress made but also the impressive scale of the works underway. A big thank you to J.P Rigging for their expertise and precision in bringing this key element of the design to life.
