On Friday, 7 students from years 5 and 6 attended a RoboCup workshop to enhance their skills and robots for the upcoming RoboCup competition held in August this year. Throughout the day the students, tested and developed their robots and ask questions and receive expert advice. They debugged their coding and troubleshoot hardware issues and refined their robot designs to improved their performance. It was a cold and long day, all teams are to be commended for their excellent teamwork and effort on the day.

Today was the 2nd Annual Primary Interschools Reconciliation Touch Football Carnival hosted by Glenvale State School.

What a great day we had with 10 schools competing. We formed a formidable little team that ended the day with 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw finishing equal 5th overall.

A massive thank you to Glenvale State School that organised the event. We can’t wait to do it all again next year.
