The Aquatank, one of the world’s largest mobile aquariums, is one of only two of its kind in Australia. The tank is over 40ft long, contains 14,000 litres of water and weighs in at an impressive 19 tonnes when it’s full of water and fish. The Aquatank is used to demonstrate fishing techniques and relevant fishing products. Presenters at the tank will demonstrate first hand how to catch fish with l
ures and how lures work underwater. Presentations vary, showing how different lures work and how different species can be targeted. Barbless lures are used so the fish are not harmed. The tank is very entertaining, even for those who are not that into fishing! It gives the audience a new-found dimension to their fishing knowledge – plus is an entertaining and informative show for audiences of all ages.
