NAIDOC Week is a time to celebrate the strength, vision, and legacy of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.​

This year’s theme, Fifty Years of Deadly marks a milestone. It’s a tribute to the people who built this movement. The Elders who stood firm, the organisers who made space, the artists who turned resistance into expression, and the communities who keep showing up, year after year.​

At Stockland, we proudly celebrate 50 years of NAIDOC Week by continuing to listen, learn, and act. From walking on Country with Traditional Owners to embedding cultural knowledge into our places, we are committed to building a legacy of respect and unity.​

​As a proud reconciliation organisation, we stand with First Nations communities - celebrating culture, fostering opportunity, and designing a future where all Australians thrive together.​

👷 Community Update: Construction Works on Bradfield Street

We’d like to let residents know contractors are preparing to commencing works on the existing Bradfield Street pedestrian paths, opposite the Town Centre. Works should begin from early next week.

During this time:
🚧 Services in the area will be updated and replaced
🚧 Footpaths will then be re-laid following these upgrades

All contractors will have appropriate safety measures in place, and these works are expected to be low impact to the community.

✅ Expected completion: Late July

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is All In, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day.​

All In makes clear that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take action to make change.​

At Stockland, we continue to walk this path by listening, learning, and acting. From walking on Country with Traditional Owners to embedding cultural knowledge into our projects, we are committed to building respectful relationships with First Nations communities.​
