Monday Night Training

Training focused on communications and teamwork, with a LEGO twist! 🧱

One team had the instructions, while the other listened over the radio and assembled the LEGO based on what they heard.

A great night of learning and plenty of laughs, while putting clear communication, active listening and teamwork into practice. 📻🤝
