Diaspora Connect Incorporated (DCI) is an action research based organization established for capacity building and empowerment of the diaspora community. It aims to be a self-sustaining organization which can provide its members the tools required for self-sufficiency and to enable access to opportunities for further development. While the primary focus is on the most disadvantaged members, there

will also be resource sharing for the benefit of other members to continuously develop themselves. DCI brings together the public and business community on an economic platform to support the socio-economic needs of the diaspora community. It hosts the effort and resources of individual members, volunteers, donors, professionals and business members. DCI would like to see that every member of the community has access to resources to be more effective.
