Since 1999, Telefon pa Hubentud has provided the opportunity for children and youth in Aruba to ask questions, gather information and express their ideas and emotion daily from 2:00-6:00 pm. On an anonymous and confidential basis, the target group (8 to 24 years old) communicates with Telefon pa Hubentud through the now established phone number 131, through the 131Chat App and by emailing Telefon

pa Hubentud. As part of outreach, Telefon pa Hubentud gives lectures and workshops at schools and other places where activities of children and youth take place.
