I extend my sincere appreciation to the African Law Students Association (ALSA) – Legal Articles & Journals Department for the distinguished invitation to serve as a panel speaker during the International Legal Writing and Research Analysis webinar.

It was a privilege to engage with such an outstanding audience of aspiring legal professionals and to share perspectives on the importance of precision in legal drafting, analytical depth, effective communication, and the practical application of the IRAC method in legal reasoning and research.

The webinar provided an excellent platform for meaningful discussions on comparative legal analysis, critical thinking, and the responsibility of legal scholars and practitioners to produce well-structured, informative, and impactful legal work.

I was equally honoured to share the panel with Dr. King James Nikum and Prof. Chukwunonso Charles, whose valuable contributions further enriched the programme and reinforced the importance of originality, persuasive advocacy, and rigorous legal scholarship.

My gratitude also goes to the organisers, particularly Olawuni Samuel for his excellent moderation, Onyeukwu Clinton C., Secretary General of the Legal Articles and Journal Department, and Amb. PUBLIC CONFIRMATION STATEMENT

In my capacity as Cultural Ambassador and Royal Aid Advocate representing the interests of Her Royal Highness Princess Donna Dayu Kencana Soekarno and the Royal House, I wish to confirm that members of the public may refer to the attached documentation concerning the LOI FRANCE document.

The document entitled "LOI PERANCIS" is an official letter bearing reference number 001/OALL/VI/2026, dated 1 June 2026. It was issued by the Organisasi Advokat Loi Indonesia under the auspices of its parent organization, Puteri Dayu Kencana Soekarno Royal Of Sovereign (PDKS ROS), an institution that has been legally registered with the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights since 2010 under registration number AHU-001248.AH.01.07 Tahun 2010.

According to the information provided in the document, the letter is addressed to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Chief Judge of the Surabaya High Court. Copies have also been forwarded to relevant institutions, including the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Indonesian Advocates Unity Council, for official notification and record-keeping purposes.

The documentation further identifies the leadership of the organization as being under Prof. Dr. HRH Puteri Dayu Kencana Soekarno, SH., LL.B., S.Psi., B.Sc., LL.M., Ph.D., with the support of Prof. Dr. HRH Princess Donna Dayu Kencana Soekarno, B.Sc., LL.B., LL.M., S.Psi., Ph.D. Both are Indonesian nationals who bear the royal style HRH (Her Royal Highness).

This statement is issued solely to acknowledge the existence of the referenced documentation and to advise that the relevant materials are available for public review. It should be understood as an informational confirmation and not as a legal interpretation or independent governmental certification of the contents of the document.
