We must however address the several but structural constraints which continue to re**rd the progress of our people. All of our people must be a

ble to access and create opportunities.There are far too many ideas which were never developed because Government permissions were not give and with no explanation. There must be transparency in all of the dealings of Government. Lack of transparency and accountability breeds corruption. Corruption will inevitably be the undoing of a nation like Barbados which must always take good care of all of the assets with which it has been blessed.
